Swedish artist Finsta launches book in Amsterdam
AMSTERDAM - Swedish artist extraordinaire Finsta (a.k.a. Finstafari) is in Amsterdam this week to launch his new book Finsta Graphics. Strawberry Earth caught up with the young artist at the 5-days-off festival in Amsterdam club, Paradiso. We wanted to find out if he’s ever inspired by the environment and the answer is, yes. Finsta collaborated with Leolyxxx in Gdansk, Poland, in May 2009 to create “Spider Ride”.
It’s the Swedish duo’s vision of a Houston “slab” lowrider car. It’s made out of recycled materials and is the perfect accessory for any discerning car fan - driving gloves are a must…
