Pilates is all about giving you a ‘Strawberry-strong’ body. But you do have to do something for it. Get ready for ‘floor-pilates’. Not just your average random lessons, but 6 ‘building blocks’ that you have to follow. Beginners, experienced pilates lovers, pregnant or new mothers can all join in. You'll be allocated a group that suits you best.
A group consists of a maximum of 8 people. So you'll get lots of individual attention from your teacher - that means you can perfect all your exercises.
