NEW YORK, NEW YORK….
Mette te Velde and Ikenna Azuike were inspired by the green movement whilst living in New York. They decided to take New York's optimism, creativity and green solutions back to their home in Amsterdam. In December 2008 they set up Strawberry Earth, a blog for creative people who care about the planet. Their focus on sustainable design, fashion and film quickly became popular among young creatives and led to various Strawberry events

 THE NEXT STEP
To make sustainable lifestyles even easier for people to enjoy, Strawberry Earth started this website on 21 November 2011! Every week they feature awesome products and services from sustainable brands that live up to the Strawberry Earth Principles.
What started as a small idea from two people, who wanted to make difference, has since grown into a daily source of inspiration for thousands of people interested in sustainable living, great design and a good laugh!
