Strawberry Earth is a big fan of TrouwAmsterdam. The venue has a fantastic industrial look because it’s situated in an old factory where daily newspapers once rolled off the presses. They host a variety of international acts attracting some of the most famous electro DJs in the world. They’re known for progressive arts and cultural evenings and, of course, they’ve got fantastic chefs that care about where their food comes from!

Organic meat and sustainable fish dishes are on the menu but TrouwAmsterdam has a philosophy of focussing on creating adventurous meals built around vegetables! That results in exciting dishes like velvety aubergine with feta and garlic, and artichoke hearts with polenta and pistachio nuts. Enjoy!
