Greenchoice and Strawberry Earth present the first Dutch Environmental Film Festival!

This 30 minute film looks at US top chef Nora Pouillon’s evolution from a young Austrian immigrant into an organic-movement pioneer! Nora has a lot of stories to tell and there are a lot of tips watchers of the film can pick up. In addition to opening Restaurant Nora in 1979, Pouillon started the Washington area’s first producer only farmers markets. She also built links between farmers and chefs and was at the centre of the creation of organic certification standards for restaurants. Anyone fancy doing something similar in Amsterdam…?
