What a way to open The Dutch Environmental Film Festival! Strawberry Earth made its national prime time Dutch TV debut with, Strawberry founder, Mette te Velde’s appearance on ‘De Zomer Draait Door’. Mette discussed environmental issues with the Dutch Minister of Environment, Jacqueline Cramer, and, of course, was grilled about the first Dutch Environmental Film Festival. The interview was beamed live to The Ketelhuis cinema but you can rewatch the video clip of the interview by clicking here.

The first Dutch Environmental Film Festival: Strawberry Earth at the movies! was featured on Dutch national tv news today: “NOS Journaal op 3″ where they focussed on the festival and our film The Age of Stupid. Strawberry Earth was listed in the Dutch top 40! No we haven’t made a hit record, this top 40 is all about young green organisations causing in a stir in The Netherlands and we’re very proud to be on the list.

Ikenna gave up his job as a City lawyer to found Strawberry Earth and according to HP De Tijd that makes him qualify as a generation Y’er!
